Please Note

• The rates shown above are per night and are based on the number of people shown in the parentheses.

• The fee for additional adults over the limit shown is $20.00 per night in the cabins and $10.00 per night in the Rustic or Sleeping cabins. Children ages 0-6 are free and children 7yrs. to 16 are $15.00 (Cabins) and $10.00 (Rustic/Sleep) respectively.

• Visitors are charged as an “additional adults” as shown above. All visitors are required to register upon arrival and have a car pass issued. Visiting hours are over at 10:00 P.M.

• Reservations: require a minimum of two nights stay (three nights on holidays) is necessary to reserve a cabin. 50% of the base price must be paid in advance as a deposit. Major credit cards are accepted.

• Sales Tax and Bed Tax must be added to all lodging fees.

• Cancellations – 50% of the base price will be kept and considered fully earned if a cancellation occurs for any reason, within 21 days of the arrival date. Should a cancellation occur prior to the 21 day period, a $50.00 set-up fee will be deducted and balance refunded.

• Check-in Time is 4:00 P.M.; Check-out by 11:00 A.M.

• There are no bathrooms, towels, linens or cookware in the Rustic or Sleeping cabins; none of the lodging facilities have T.V. except the Lodge.

• Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash and housebroken and not left unattended. A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $40.00 PER PET IS ACCESSED FOR ALL LODGING FACILITIES. Only two (2) pets per cabin allowed.

• Quiet Time is 11:00 P.M.

• Clean Up Fee Management reserves the right to charge for extra clean-up of your cabin.

• SMOKING All cabins and lodge are non smoking.
