This 60 acre resort in the heart of the beautiful Hocking Hills is everyone's favorite destination stop.

There are a full range of overnight accommodations from primitive tent sites, to full hook-up for the larger R.V.'s. There are also small to luxury log cabins that feature air conditioning and fireplaces and a larger lodge for groups.....and it's all reasonably priced.

A short walk through the woods on the famous "Buckeye Trail" (adjacent to the facility) takes you to awesome Ash Cave or beautiful Cedar Falls or the incomparable Old Man's Cave.

The LODGE: Our lodge features four (4) bedrooms with 8 full beds and 2 twin beds. Linens are supplied. The lodge has three (3) full baths; one with a Jacuzzi tub. There are three (3) kitchens equipped with utensils. The primary kitchen provides our customers with a dishwasher and microwave. The lodge has a full size dining room and living room with three (3) couches and a gas-log fireplace, gas furnace and central air. There are two porches on either side, the larger porch is enclosed and faces the pool area. The smaller porch adjoins the downstairs bedroom and looks over the yard. Satellite t.v. is provided for your enjoyment as are a fire ring and grill. The lodge is located next to both the General Store and the swimming pool. Our lodge will accommodate approximately 20 people.

Top O’ The Caves has four luxury cabins from which you can choose. Ash Cave, Cedar Falls and Old Man’s Cave is just a short hike from your front door.

ASH CABIN: The Ash Cabin has one (1) bedroom with a double bed. Linens are provided. Additional features include a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, living room area for relaxing, a full bathroom with shower and towels, a wrap around deck, a fire ring and picnic table. A wall unit air conditioner allows for added comfort in the summer months while electric heat keeps you cozy through Fall and Winter. This cozy cabin accommodates 2 people.

CEDAR CABIN: The Cedar cabin has two (2) bedrooms; 1 with a queen bed and one with a twin bed/additional twin slide out. Linens are provided. The Cedar boasts a beautiful kitchen, complete with utensils and microwave, which adjoins the living room. The back porch beckons you to enjoy breakfast with mother nature. This cabin additionally features a full bathroom with shower and towels, an outside picnic table and fire ring for roasting marshmallows. A wall unit air conditioner allows for added comfort in the summer months while electric heat keeps you cozy through Fall and Winter. The Cedar Cabin accommodates 4 people.

HICKORY CABIN: The Hickory Cabin has two (2) bedrooms with three (3) full size beds and a futon and sofa. Linens are provided. The Hickory has two (2) full bathrooms; one (1) featuring a Jacuzzi tub. Towels are provided our guests. Visitors will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishwasher and microwave. In the evening you can cozy up to the gas log fireplace in the large living room area or enjoy central air on those warm summer nights. Gas heat is also available. Two large decks, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, surround the Hickory for your relaxing pleasure. A fire ring, grill and picnic tables complete this package. The Hickory Cabin can accommodate 8 people.

ACORN CABIN: The Acorn cabin is a four (4) bedroom cabin with five (5) full beds. Linens are provided. Two full bathrooms compliment this cabin, one features a Jacuzzi tub. Towels are provided our guests. Our kitchen provides all utensils, a dishwasher and a microwave for guest use. A delightful sun room dining area compliments this cabin. What a wonderful place to enjoy the morning cup of coffee surrounded by mother nature at her finest. The living room area provides you with a gas log fireplace. Central air or gas heat is also available to our guests . A large wrap around deck compliments the Acorn Cabin. Guests can enjoy the outside grill, picnic table and fire ring for that complete camping experience. The Acorn Cabin can accommodate 10 people.

Rustic and sleeping cabin accommodations include;

RUSTIC CABINS: Top O’ The Caves has three (3) rustic cabins to choose from.

The POPLAR, the OAK or the BUCKEYE.

Rustic Cabins are furnished with handmade furniture, a bunk bed and a full size bed, There is an additional full size mattress on the loft floor. Each rustic is equipped with a refrigerator, a 2-burner propane cook top, propane heat and a gas heater on the wall. Outside you will find a fire ring and picnic table for your enjoyment.

** Please note: There is NO WATER in the rustic cabins. Cabins are located 50 feet from the main bathhouse. Cabins do NOT include linens so be sure to pack your pillows, blankets or sleeping bags. A rustic cabin can accommodate up to six (6) people.

SLEEP CABINS: Top O’ The Caves has two sleep cabins available to guests.

FRONT SLEEP CABIN: Our front sleep cabin has two (2) sets of bunk beds, a small camp refrigerator (3 cubic feet) and a 2 burner electric cook top. Electric heat is provided for your comfort. The front sleep cabin has a small front porch and our guest can enjoy toasting marshmallows over the fire ring provided. A picnic table is also provided our guests. Please note: Sleep cabins have NO grill and NO water. The main bathhouse is located approximately 50 feet from the sleep cabin. The FRONT sleep Cabin can accommodate four (4) people.
