number of people shown in parenthesis.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no bathrooms, towels, linens or cookware
in the RUSTIC and SLEEP CABINS.
Bathrooms, bathhouse and water are within 100 feet.
Additional Charges Include:

Additional adults over the limit shown, is $20.00 per night in
the fully equipped cabins and $15.00 per night for children 7 to
18. Children 6 and under are free.

Additional adults over the limit shown, is $10.00 per night in
the Rustic and Sleep cabins and $5.00 per night for children 7 to
18. Children 6 and under are free.

Day
Visitor's Pass is $4.00 per person. All visitors are required to
register upon arrival and have a car pass issued.

Pets are
welcome as long as they are housebroken, not left unattended and on a
leash at all time outside. A non-refundable pet fee of $40.00 is
accessed for all lodging facilities. Only two (2) pets per cabin.
Reservation Policy:
-
A minimum of two nights stay (three nights
on holidays) is necessary to reserve a cabin.

50% of the base
price must be paid in advance as a deposit.

Major credit cards are
accepted.

Sales
Tax and Bed Tax must be added to all lodging fees.
Cancellations:
-
If
cancellation occurs 21 days prior to arrival date, there will be a
$50.00 set up fee deducted from the refund.

Should a cancellation occur
for any reason within 21 days of arrival date, 50% of the base price
will be kept and considered fully earned.

There
are NO refunds after 21 days for the holidays.
